高等教育人才培养模式同质化、单一化现象日益严峻,地方高校必须创新培养模式,走特色人才培养之路。针对地方电子类高技能人才严重“紧缺”问题,探索适应地方经济发展需要的电子类人才培养机制,设计了五级“递进式”特色人才培养方案;构建以实践动手能力培养为核心的全方位实践教学新平台;加强“双师型”师资队伍建设;实行“立足电子竞赛”的开放式项目化教学模式;建立与电子类人才培养模式相适应的“多证化”教学新模式。实践表明,在教学与研究、学科建设、示范中心建设、就业率等方面都取得显著成效。
Homogenization and homogenization of higher education personnel training mode are becoming more and more serious. Local colleges and universities must innovate and cultivate modes and follow the path of cultivating distinctive talents. In view of the serious “shortage ” problem of local high-skilled electronic personnel, we have explored the electronic talent training system that meets the needs of local economic development and designed a program of “gradual ” featuring talents training at five levels; As the core of the all-round practice teaching new platform; strengthen “double teacher ” teaching staff construction; “open e-competition ” open project teaching mode; to establish and electronic personnel training mode to adapt Multi-card "teaching new model. Practice shows that remarkable achievements have been made in teaching and research, discipline construction, construction of a demonstration center and employment rate.
