目的观察急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者血清肌细胞增强因子2A(myocyte enhancer factor 2A,MEF2A)、细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,VCAM-1)水平变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测60例ACS患者(ACS组)和30例体检健康者(对照组)血清MEF2A、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平,分析ACS患者MEF2A水平与ICAM-1、VCAM-1的相关性。结果 ACS组血清MEF2A[(88.70±4.38)ng/L]低于对照组[(640.42±46.66)ng/L](P<0.05),ICAM-1[(565.22±13.16)μg/L]、VCAM-1[(871.58±25.23)μg/L]高于对照组[(265.30±19.03)、(588.76±60.45)μg/L](P<0.05);ACS组血清MEF2A水平与ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.722,P=0.001;r=-0.572,P=0.001)。结论ACS患者MEF2A水平明显降低,且与ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平变化呈负相关;观察ACS患者血清MEF2A及ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平变化,对评估动脉粥样硬化炎症反应程度和斑块的稳定性有指导意义。
Objective To observe the changes of the serum levels of myocyte enhancer factor 2A (MEF2A), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cells in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Changes of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and its clinical significance.
