Purpose: To report two cases with glaucoma associated with Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS) who were managed successfully by viscocanalostomy and T-Flux implantation. Methods: Case 1: 10-year-old boy had typical nevus flammeus on the left side of his face and had glaucoma for 5 years. His best corrected visual acuity was 20/20 OD and 20/100 OS.
