目前,原发性骨质疏松症(OP)的临床治疗方法有以低频脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)为主的物理治疗和药物治疗,而运动对OP有明显的改善作用,本文探讨PEMFs联合个体化的运动处方对OP的疗效及意义。资料与方法 1.一般资料选取我院2009年-2012年门诊原发性OP患者56例,随机均分成PEMFs治疗组(A组)、运动处方治疗组(B组)、PEMFs联合运动处方治疗组(C组)和药物治疗组(D组)。
At present, the clinical treatment of primary osteoporosis (OP) is mainly physical therapy and drug therapy based on low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs), while exercise has a significant improvement on OP. In this paper, we discuss the combination of PEMFs with individualized Therapeutic effect of exercise prescription on OP and its significance. Materials and Methods 1. General Information 56 cases of outpatient primary OP in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were randomly divided into PEMFs treatment group (group A), exercise prescription treatment group (group B), PEMFs combined exercise prescription treatment group (Group C) and drug treatment group (group D).
