患者女,21岁,住院号81266。1986年1月因甲亢在某医院行甲状腺次全切除术。术后当晚出现四肢肌肉发紧、疼痛,继而面部及手足麻木并反复抽搐,似癫痫样发作,经静脉注射钙剂后好转。出院后上述症状经常发作,且伴周身乏力、头晕、焦虑、记忆力减退,皮肤粗糙,指甲薄脆有横沟,Chvostek征及Trousseau征阳性,多次测定血钙为4.5～6.7 mg/dl,血磷6.0～9.0 mg/dl。血甲状腺素30～42 ng/ml。长期口服大量钙片和少量甲状腺片,肌注维生素
