研究了变形Fe-P-N合金的内耗和沉淀,发现含置换元素磷的三元系铁的hhSKK/hS比值不是给定值,而是磷含量的函数.在cN≤0.003质量百分数%,cP≤0.064质量百分数%时,存在关系式hhSKK/hS=K1c(-2/3)P+K2,截距K2产生的原因是由于固溶合金基体中存在磷原子对和气团.
The internal friction and precipitation of the deformed Fe-P-N alloy were investigated. It was found that the hhSKK / hS ratio of the ternary iron with replacement element P is not a given value but a function of phosphorus content. When cN is less than 0.003 mass% and cP is less than or equal to 0.064 mass%, the relationship hhSKK / hS = K1c (-2/3) P + K2 exists. The reason for the intercept K2 is that due to the existence of the solid solution alloy matrix P atom pair and air mass.
