目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ多态性与脑出血的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP),对55例脑出血患者和正常对照组58例脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ多态性分析。结果(1)正常对照组PvuⅡ等位基因频率分别为P+67.24%,P-32.76%;脑出血组PvuⅡ等位基因频率为P+63.63%,P-36.37%;脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ等位基因频率在脑出血组与正常对照组之间差异无显著性。(2)与正常对照组相比,脑出血患者组血清TG、LDL-c水平较对照组升高(P<0.05);脑出血患者组血清HDL-c、ApoAI水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论脂蛋白脂酶PvuⅡ酶切多态性与脑出血无明显关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein lipase gene Pvu Ⅱ polymorphism and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) were used to analyze the polymorphism of Pvu Ⅱ in 58 cases of 55 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and normal control group. Results (1) The frequency of PvuⅡ allele in normal control group was P + 67.24%, P-32.76% respectively. The frequency of PvuⅡ allele in ICH was P + 63.63%, P-36.37%, and lipoprotein lipase gene PvuⅡ There was no significant difference in the gene frequency between cerebral hemorrhage group and normal control group. (2) The level of serum TG and LDL-c in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Compared with control group, the levels of HDL-c and ApoAI in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of Pvu Ⅱ digestion of lipoprotein lipase has no significant correlation with cerebral hemorrhage.
