采用无沫浮选试验研究二甲基二硫氨基内对有色金属硫化矿的浮选机理,用紫外分光光度计测定药剂在矿物表面的吸附量,应用红外光谱、批描电子显微镜查明浮选矿物表面的吸附成分和性质,研究二甲基二硫氨基甲酸钠从硫化矿物表面解吸丁基黄药的能力以及在矿物表面形成的各种疏水层。研究结果为铅锌矿、铜镍磁黄铁矿的浮选建立新药剂制度提供依据。
The flotation mechanism of dimethyldithiamino group on non-ferrous sulphide ore was studied by non-flotation test. The adsorption amount of the agent on the mineral surface was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The flotation was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy The adsorption properties and properties of mineral surface were studied. The ability of sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate to desorb butyl xanthate from sulfide minerals and the various hydrophobic layers formed on the mineral surface were studied. The results provide the basis for the establishment of a new pharmaceutical system for flotation of lead-zinc ore and copper-nickel pyrrhotite.
