用互感耦合模型计算感应线圈、屏蔽罩、液穴内、固态锭内的电流分布和液柱内的电磁搅拌力.对Navier-Stokes方程进行了数值求解(对湍流量采用K-ε方程模型)研究了屏蔽罩位置对液柱内流场的影响.流场的计算结果和实测值比较吻合。
The mutual inductance model is used to calculate the current distribution in the induction coil, shield, liquid and solid ingots and the electromagnetic stirring force in the liquid column. The Navier-Stokes equations are numerically solved (using the K-ε equation for turbulence quantities) to study the influence of shield position on the flow field inside the column. The calculated results of the flow field are in good agreement with the measured values.
