介绍一种基于USB总线技术的信号调理平台的硬件设计方案。设计中采用Cypress公司的EZ-USB作为接口控制芯片,利用EZ-USB的软配置特性,通过加载不同的固件完成对不同被测对象的测试任务;信号调理平台的核心控制采用Lattice公司推出的ISP芯片,实现复杂的信息控制与数据交换。
This paper introduces a hardware design scheme of signal conditioning platform based on USB bus technology. The design uses Cypress’s EZ-USB as the interface control chip, the use of EZ-USB’s soft configuration features, by loading different firmware to complete the test task of different objects under test; the core of signal conditioning platform control using Lattice’s ISP Chip, to achieve complex information control and data exchange.
