近年来,我国的职业教育取得了长足的发展,无论是从职业学校的数量、在校生规模,还是教学质量都取得了令人可喜的成绩。但是,有相当一部份中职毕业生比如市场营销管理类学生却难以找到合适的就业岗位,究其原因是毕业生的规格和质量不能满足企业生产经营的需要。本文探讨了在市场营销专业教学中培养学生营销理念的策略,以期为寻求建立一个高效的中职市场营销专业培养模式提供佐证,以实现中职教育改革的目标。
In recent years, great progress has been made in vocational education in our country, both in terms of the number of vocational schools, the size of students, and the quality of teaching, all of which have made gratifying achievements. However, a considerable part of secondary graduates, such as marketing management students, find it difficult to find a suitable job because the specifications and quality of graduates can not meet the needs of production and operation. This article explores the strategy of cultivating students’ marketing ideas in the teaching of marketing major in order to provide evidences for seeking an efficient secondary vocational education mode to realize the goal of secondary vocational education reform.
