脑肿瘤是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病。DWI是磁共振扩散加权成像的英文缩写,虽然常规MRI和CT可以定位脑肿瘤的侵犯范围,明确肿瘤的侵犯程度,但对脑肿瘤的级别及微观组织状态的反映还不够准确。DWI能反映人体组织的微观几何结构,它在脑部的应用的优越性是独一无二珠,它了能反映出细胞内外水分子的转移、温度等变化。它是目前能测量与成象活体水分子扩散的唯一方法。现在许多学者致力于研究怎样将DWI应用于脑肿瘤的临床功能开发上。因此本文是研究DWI与ADC(表观扩散系数)值,在脑肿瘤和肿瘤病变上的诊断价值,并且对脑肿瘤不同病变组织成分间的相关性,良、恶性星形细胞瘤与ADC值进行分析。
Brain tumors are a serious disease that endangers human health. DWI is an abbreviation of MR diffusion weighted imaging. Although conventional MRI and CT can locate the extent of brain tumor invasion and clarify the extent of tumor invasion, the level and microstructure of brain tumor are not reflected accurately enough. DWI can reflect the microscopic structure of human tissue, its superiority in the application of the brain is unique beads, it can reflect the water molecules inside and outside the cell transfer, temperature and other changes. It is currently the only way to measure and visualize the diffusion of living water molecules. Now many scholars are devoted to studying how to apply DWI to develop the clinical function of brain tumor. Therefore, this article is to study DWI and ADC (apparent diffusion coefficient) value in the diagnosis of brain tumors and tumor lesions, and brain tissue lesions in different components of the correlation between benign and malignant astrocytoma ADC value analysis.
