学习者个人因素的作用,尤其是学习动机对语言的习得会产生重大的影响。了解影响学生学习动机的因素,有利于教师设计好合适的教学活动,进而培养学生的学习成就感及学习兴趣,激发他们的学习动机,促使学生发挥自身的主动性及学习潜能。本文分析了Corder和Csikszentmihaly的学习动机理论,探讨了影响外语学习动机的因素,提出了教师课堂上如何设计好合适的教学活动来激发学生学习动机的建议。
The role of learner personal factors, especially learning motivation, can have a significant impact on language acquisition. Understanding the factors that affect students ’motivation to learn is conducive to teachers designing appropriate teaching activities so as to foster students’ sense of achievement and interest in learning, motivate their learning motivation and encourage students to develop their own initiative and potential for learning. This paper analyzes the motivation theory of Corder and Csikszentmihaly, discusses the factors that affect the motivation of foreign language learning, and puts forward some suggestions on how to design suitable teaching activities in the classroom to stimulate students’ motivation.
