跨文化教育是国际教育发展的新趋向。我国的跨文化教育呈现出不同的区域性特征,其中以新疆的跨文化环境最为典型和复杂。民族结构和地缘环境决定了新疆跨文化教育的区域特殊性,也赋予新疆外语人才多元化的跨文化结构。因此,必须明确新疆跨文化教育的特殊使命,构建对内涵盖中华各民族文化、对外涵盖周边国家文化的双向文化认知体系,强化培养各族外语人才的国家意识、公民意识和国际意识,建设具有区域特色的外语学科跨文化教育机制。
Intercultural education is a new trend in the development of international education. The cross-cultural education in our country shows different regional characteristics, among which the cross-cultural environment in Xinjiang is the most typical and complex. Ethnic structure and geopolitical environment determine the regional specialties of cross-cultural education in Xinjiang and also give the diversified cross-cultural structure of foreign language talents in Xinjiang. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear the special mission of cross-cultural education in Xinjiang, to establish a two-way cultural recognition system covering the culture of all ethnic groups in China and externally covering the cultures of neighboring countries and to strengthen national awareness, civic awareness and international awareness in building foreign language talents of all ethnic groups, Intercultural Education Mechanism with Regional Characteristics in Foreign Languages.
