考察了自保护药芯焊丝药芯成分中萤石，金红石，大理石，铝镁合金和氧化镁对焊缝脱渣性的影响。结果表明：焊缝脱渣性与熔渣中ＭｇＯ／ＴｉＯ２的比值有密切关系，适当的控制ＭｇＯ／ＴｉＯ２比值，可有效地消除焊缝表面粘渣。
The influence of fluorite, rutile, marble, Al-Mg alloy and magnesia on the deslagging properties of the weld was investigated in the core composition of self-shielded flux cored wire. The results show that the weld slag deslagging property is closely related to the ratio of MgO / TiO2 in the slag, proper control of the MgO / TiO2 ratio can effectively eliminate the surface sticking slag.
