目的研究太白米的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、Sephadex-LH20凝胶柱、开放ODS-C18柱等色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定、薄层色谱检测和1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMBC、HSQC、MS等波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从中药太白米中的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(Ⅱ)、对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、对羟基桂皮酸酯苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ为首次从该种植物中分离得到的有机酸类化合物,也为首次从植物中分离得到的天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Taibai rice. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex-LH20 gel column and open ODS-C18 column. Their physicochemical constants, TLC and 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMBC, Structural Identification of Compounds. Results Five compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Chinese white rice, and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), p-methoxycinnamic acid (Ⅱ), p-hydroxycinnamic acid Glycosides (IV), p-hydroxycinnamicoside (V). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ are the first organic acid compounds isolated from this plant and the first natural products isolated from plants.
