大庆石油管理局第十采油厂为提高低渗透油田的经济效益，完善了提捞采油技术，形成了包括提捞采油工程车、快速卸油罐车、活动转油站、提捞采油井口和井下工具、提捞采油测试诊断技术、提捞采油管理操作规程等６个方面的技术配套，基本上可以满足大庆外围油田采油需要，并对比抽油机采油工艺，对该工艺进行了经济评价。
