目的:分析掌叶半夏脂溶性成分的化学成分。方法:对乙醇提取后氯仿萃取得到的脂溶性成分进行了GC-MS分析。HP-5MS色谱柱(0.25 mm×0.25 mm×30 m);程序升温,进样口温度280℃,进样量1.0μL,分流比10∶1。结果:共分离鉴定出三氯乙酸1.86%,顺式-1,2-环己二醇3.56%,庚基氢过氧化物1.66%,Z型-2-十一碳烯5.54%,1-丁氧基-2-乙基己烯4.13%,吡咯并[1,2-A]吡嗪-1,4-二酮6.36%,棕榈酸23.32%,10-十一碳炔酸33.81%,环戊烷十一酸1.11%,2,5-哌嗪,3-苄基-6-异丙基2.95%,2-溴(正)壬烷1.04%,吡咯并[1,2-A]吡嗪-1,4-二酮,六氢-3(苯)5.73%,4-乙基四氢-2H-噻喃1.77%,1,2,2溴二十二烷1.26%,1,1-二氯-2,2,3,3-四甲基环丙烷2.31%,(Z,Z,Z)-6,9,12-十八三烯苯基甲基酯等19种成分。结论:进一步确定了掌叶半夏脂溶性部分的化学成分,为掌叶半夏的抗肿瘤作用深入研究提供参考。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the fat-soluble components of Pinellia ternata. Methods: The liposoluble constituents extracted by chloroform after ethanol extraction were analyzed by GC-MS. HP-5MS column (0.25 mm × 0.25 mm × 30 m); temperature programmed, inlet temperature 280 ° C, injection volume 1.0 μL, split ratio 10: 1. Results: 1.86% of trichloroacetic acid, 3.56% of cis-1,2-cyclohexanediol, 1.66% of heptyl hydroperoxide, 5.54% of Z-2-undecene, 4.13% of oxo-2-ethylhexene, 6.36% of pyrrolo [1,2-A] pyrazine-1,4-dione, 23.32% of palmitic acid, 33.81% of 10- 1.11% of alkane undecanoate, 2.95% of 2,5-piperazine, 3-benzyl-6-isopropyl, 1.04% of 2-bromo- 5.73% of hexahydro-3 (benzene), 1.77% of 4-ethyltetrahydro-2H-thiopyran, 1.26% of 1,2,2-dibromosandion, -2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropane, and (Z, Z, Z) -6,9,12-octadecylphenylmethyl ester. Conclusion: The chemical composition of the liposoluble fraction of Pinellia ternata was further confirmed, which provided a reference for the further study on antitumor effect of Pinellia ternata.
