目的了解博州地区微生物污染情况,对微生物污染可能引发的疾病进行有效的预警预报,并提出有效的预防控制措施。方法对2011-2013年水质、食品、公共场所及餐饮具4类受检样品微生物检测进行统计分析。结果共采样1 961份,合格1 622份,总合格率为82.71%。2011-2013年合格率依次为80.68%、87.20%和80.34%,其中水质和餐饮具合格率较高,为91.61%和91.36%;公共场所合格率最低,为69.17%。结论博州地区水质和餐饮具监测合格率较高,公共场所合格率较低,应将其作为监督重点,加大监测力度,以提高其卫生消毒质量。
OBJECTIVE To understand the microbial pollution in Bozhou area, to effectively predict and predict the diseases that microbial pollution may cause, and to put forward effective preventive and control measures. Methods The microbiological tests of water samples, foodstuffs, public places and tableware samples from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically.
