石油企业改革能否取得成功,发展能否达到预期目标,在某种程度上取决于是否具有一支高素质的人才队伍,而高素质的人才离不开教育、培训,离不开人力资源开发。本文从企业科技进步、结构调整及“二次创业”、迎接知识经济到来三个方面对教育、培训问题作了阐述。
Whether the reform of petroleum enterprises can succeed or not and whether the development can achieve the expected goals depends to some extent on whether there is a contingent of highly-qualified personnel that can not be separated from education and training without the need of human resources development . This article elaborates on education and training from three aspects of enterprise’s technological progress, structural adjustment and “second pioneering” to meet the arrival of knowledge-based economy.
