目的 综述可生物降解聚合物材料作为疫苗载体材料制备疫苗微球制剂的研究状况 ,为此领域的研究提供参考。方法 根据国外文献 ,结合作者近年的研究 ,较全面地介绍了疫苗微球制剂的制备、体外降解及抗原释放、体内分布及动物的免疫效果 ,提出了疫苗微球制剂研究中存在的问题。结果与结论 与目前通用的液体疫苗相比 ,可生物降解聚合物疫苗微球制剂的研究结果已显示其潜在优势 ,经不断改进 ,疫苗微球制剂终将用于人体
Objective To summarize the research status of preparation of vaccine microsphere preparation using biodegradable polymer material as vaccine carrier material, and provide reference for the research in this field. Methods According to the foreign literature and the author ’s recent research, the preparation, in vitro degradation, antigen release, in vivo distribution and animal immunization effects of vaccine microsphere preparations were introduced in detail. The problems in the study of vaccine microsphere preparations were put forward. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The results of studies on biodegradable polymer vaccine microsphere formulations have shown their potential advantages over currently available liquid vaccines and, as a result of continuous improvement, the vaccine microsphere preparation will eventually be used in the human body
