目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植对急性肺损伤大鼠血浆TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响。方法:采用内毒素攻击法建立大鼠急性肺损伤模型,经静脉移植体外扩增培养的异体成年大鼠骨髓MSCs,检测伤后2h、4h、6h大鼠血浆TNF-α及IL-6水平的变化及对肺组织病理改变。结果:与单纯损伤组相比,MSCs移植能降低内毒素肺损伤大鼠血浆TNF-α及IL-6水平,降低肺湿/干重比值、髓过氧化酶(MPO)活性,减轻肺泡炎症损伤。结论:骨髓MSCs移植对急性肺损伤大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation on the levels of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 in rats with acute lung injury. Methods: A rat model of acute lung injury was established by endotoxin challenge. Bone marrow MSCs of allogeneic adult rat were amplified by intravenous transplantation. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma were detected at 2h, 4h, 6h after injury Changes and changes in lung tissue pathology. Results: MSCs transplanted could decrease the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the lung tissue of rats with endotoxin-induced lung injury, lower the ratio of lung wet / dry weight and MPO, and reduce the inflammation of alveolus cells . Conclusion: Bone marrow MSCs transplantation has a protective effect on acute lung injury in rats.
