目的了解通过精神分裂症知识的健康教育对提高精神分裂症患者家属遵医行为的效果.方法采取多种健康教育方法,对44例精神分裂症患者家属在病人住院期间及出院后进行针对性的健康教育.结果健康教育前后家属对精神分裂症相关知识知晓情况有显著性差异.出院后,研究组与对照组遵医行为比较,P<0.01.结论实施健康教育,不但能显著提高家属对精神分裂症相关知识的认知,更能显著提高遵医行为及临床疗效.
