目的:建立山楂叶总黄酮固体自乳化颗粒中牡荆素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C8(2)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);四氢呋喃-甲醇-2.6%冰醋酸(35∶8∶132)为流动相;检测波长340nm;柱温40℃;流速1.0mL/min;进样量20μL。结果:牡荆素在2.08~20.8μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为102.1%,RSD为1.35%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于测定山楂叶总黄酮固体自乳化颗粒中牡荆素的含量,为山楂叶总黄酮固体自乳化颗粒质量控制的有效方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of vitexin in the self-emulsifying granules of hawthorn leaf total flavonoids. Methods: Diamonsil C8 (2) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuran-methanol-2.6% glacial acetic acid (35:8:132) / min; Injection volume 20μL. Results: Vitexin had a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 5) in the range of 2.08-20.8 μg / mL with an average recovery of 102.1% and a RSD of 1.35%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of vitexin in the self-emulsifying granules of hawthorn leaf total flavonoids, which is an effective method for the quality control of hawthorn leaf flavonoids.
