目的:分析病案信息管理的利用与人性化服务工作相关性。方法:对病案采取全方位优质服务,建立健全病案室基础设施建设工作,全面提升病案管理人员的综合业务素质和管理能力,为用户提供专业化和个性化服务,以满意用户需求为根本目的,从而提供优质全面的人性化服务。结果:是病案信息服务质量得到全面提升,在广大患者人群中开展人性化服务,可使病案信息利用价值实现最大花。结论:科学合理的病案信息服务工作充分体现了以患者为中心的服务理念,从总体上提高了医院管理和服务水平。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the utilization of medical record information management and humanized service. Methods: To take a full range of quality services to the medical record, establish and improve the infrastructure construction of the medical record case, comprehensively improve the comprehensive professional quality and management ability of the medical record management staff, provide specialized and personalized service for the users, satisfy the user needs as the fundamental purpose, To provide high quality and comprehensive human services.
