目的应用全自动化学分析仪检测室内空气中氨。方法空气中氨吸收在稀硫酸中,在亚硝基铁氰化钠及次氯酸盐存在下,与水杨酸生成蓝绿色靛酚蓝染料,应用全自动间断化学分析仪比色定量。结果氨在0.05~1.00 mg/L范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),相对标准偏差为1.92%~5.67%,加标回收率为103.8%~113.3%,测量下限为0.05mg/L。结论方法操作简单、自动化程度高,适用于室内空气中氨的测定。
Objective To apply automatic chemical analyzer to detect indoor air ammonia. Methods Ammonia in the air was absorbed in dilute sulfuric acid to produce a cyan-ind indophenol blue dye with salicylic acid in the presence of sodium nitroso-cyanide and hypochlorite. Colorimetric quantification was performed using a fully automated, intermittent chemical analyzer. Results Ammonia was linear (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.05-1.00 mg / L, with relative standard deviations of 1.92% -5.67%. The recoveries were 103.8% -113.3%. The lower limit of detection was 0.05 mg / L. Conclusion The method is easy to operate and highly automated. It is suitable for the determination of ammonia in indoor air.
