把办教育和小宝塔联系起来,是一个形象化的比喻:从小学中学到大学,越向上越小,形似宝塔;全国有千百万所学校,因人、财、物等条件的限制,要“集中兵力打歼灭战”,先办好少数重点学校,也是基底大、尖顶小;还有,学生的聪明才智确有差异,我们要精心培育一批在科学、文化方面拔尖的人材,这又象小宝塔的端顶。参观了吉林师大附中之后,小宝塔的印象在我脑海里更加清晰和光亮起来。吉林师大附中的教育科学试验,虽为时尚短,但对如何办好重点中学,使“小宝塔”放射异彩,做出了积极的探索,为我们提供了有益的启示。
