目的观察羧甲基茯苓多糖钠体外抗单纯疱疹病毒I型(HSV-I)的作用。方法采用细胞病变抑制试验法,观察羧甲基茯苓多糖钠对因感染HSV-I而引起的猪肾传代细胞病变的保护作用。结果在感染10和100TCID50(半数细胞培养感染量)的HSV-I情况下,羧甲基茯苓多糖钠(2.0mg/mL)对HSV-I的致猪肾传代细胞的细胞病变(CPE)具有抑制作用,在感染HSV-I10TCID50的情况下,羧甲基茯苓多糖钠的ID50为0.5mg/mL。结论羧甲基茯苓多糖钠在体外有抗HSV-I作用。
Objective To observe the anti-herpes simplex virus type I (HSV-I) effect of carboxymethylhydrazine polysaccharide sodium in vitro. Methods The cytopathic inhibition assay was used to observe the protective effect of carboxymethyl glycoside sodium on the pathological changes of pig kidneys induced by HSV-I infection. Results In the case of HSV-I infected with 10 and 100 TCID50 (half cell culture infective dose), carboxymethylhydrazine polysaccharide sodium (2.0 mg/mL) inhibited the cytopathic effect (CPE) of HSV-I induced pig kidney passage cells. In the case of infection with HSV-I10TCID50, the ID50 of sodium carboxymethylhydrazone was 0.5 mg/mL. Conclusion Sodium carboxymethyl glycoside has anti-HSV-I effect in vitro.
