通过金相显微镜及金相照片对45钢雾化气体淬火后试件表面和心部的金相组织进行了分析,研究45钢在不同雾化气体压力下的结构组织及变化规律。结果表明,雾化气体淬火过程中水流量对试件最后金相组织的影响要大于气体压力的影响,冷却速度越快越容易得到马氏体组织。
The microstructure of the surface and core of 45 steel atomized gas quenched by metallurgical microscope and metallographic photograph was analyzed to study the microstructure and variation regularity of 45 steel under different atomizing gas pressure. The results show that the influence of water flow on the final microstructure of the specimen during quenching is more than that of the gas pressure. The faster the cooling rate, the easier the martensite structure is obtained.
