目的了解中学生考试焦虑产生的原因,探讨改善考试焦虑的方法。方法采取抽样调查问卷形式,对枣庄市某中学七、八、九三个年级共850人进行考试焦虑调查。结果七、八、九三个年级的学生有不同程度的考试焦虑。随着年级的升高镇定人数逐渐减少,而轻度考试焦虑和中、重度考试焦虑人数,随着年级的升高在逐渐增加(P<0.05)。结论考试焦虑的发生与学生的认知态度、家长的期望值过高以及教师的心理都有密切关系。越到重要的考试学生的考试焦虑心理越明显。
Objective To understand the causes of middle school students’ test anxiety and to explore ways to improve test anxiety. Methods A sample survey questionnaire was used to investigate the anxiety of test-takers in a total of 850 people in grade seven, eight and nine three of a middle school in Zaozhuang City. Results Seven, eight, nine three grade students have different levels of test anxiety. With the increase of grade, the number of calming gradually decreased, while the number of mild test anxiety and moderate and severe test anxiety increased gradually with the increase of grade (P <0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of test anxiety is closely related to students ’cognitive attitude, parents’ expectation value and teacher’s psychology. The more important exams students test the anxiety is more obvious.
