由于造价控制是影响房地产价格最主要的因素之一,因此造价的控制需贯穿于整个房地产开发全过程。文中笔者采用事前预测、事中优化、事后分析的方式对房地产施工设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段进行造价控制。
