以内光路系统的原始模型和缩放模型为研究平台,结合热传导方程、热弹性运动方程以及光场的角谱衍射理论,对两个模型中热变形像差及其波前预补偿分别进行了模拟计算。进行波前预补偿前,缩放模型和原始模型的计算结果基本相同,均表明热变形像差主要包括像散项和离焦项,其中,像散项的大小由强激光在反射镜上的入射角度决定;而进行波前补偿后,缩放模型在镜面热变形和光学特性等各方面的结果均能与原始模型保持吻合,且两个模型之间能够实现很好的数值反演。
Based on the original model and scaling model of optical system, the thermal deformation aberrations and their wavefront pre-compensation in the two models are simulated respectively by combining the thermal conduction equation, thermoelastic equation of motion and the angular spectrum diffraction theory of the light field . Before the wavefront pre-compensation, the scaling model and the original model are basically the same. All of them show that the thermal aberrations mainly include the astigmatic and defocus terms, in which the size of the asymptotic component is determined by the incidence of strong laser on the mirror Angle, the results of the scaling model in terms of mirror thermal deformation and optical properties can be consistent with the original model, and good numerical inversion can be achieved between the two models.
