目的:观察大承气汤对大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并初步探讨其机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和大承气汤高、低剂量组(20g/kg、10g/kg)。采用夹闭肠系膜上动脉的方法建立大鼠急性肠缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察造模前1小时、造模后1小时和2小时肠粘膜血流和全血中性粒细胞检测,运用酶联免疫法测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子及白细胞介素6的含量变化。结果:大鼠肠缺血再灌注后,肠粘膜血流明显下降,全血中性粒细胞、血浆肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素6显著增高;大承气汤(20g/kg、10g/kg)干预后,可在肠缺血再灌注1小时和2小时后,表现出不同程度的逆转作用。结论:大承气汤可通过促进血流恢复,减轻炎性反应等发挥对大鼠肠缺血再灌注损失的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Dachengqi Decoction on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Dachengqi Decoction high and low dose groups (20g / kg, 10g / kg). A rat model of acute intestinal ischemia / reperfusion injury was established by clipping the superior mesenteric artery. The intestinal mucosal blood flow and whole blood neutrophil were detected at 1 hour, 1 hour and 2 hours after model establishment. Conclusion: Dachengqi Decoction can protect the loss of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by promoting blood flow recovery and reducing inflammatory reaction.
