规范公安机关执法办案场所管理和使用,既是公安机关执法规范化建设的客观要求,也是提高公安机关履职能力和执法公信力的必然选择。当前部分基层单位还存在执法办案场所设置不规范、民警对在执法办案区办案思想认识不到位、办案区硬件设施无法适应规范化执法的需求等问题。本文认为只有有效解决执法办案场所在管理和使用中存在的问题,才能推动公安执法工作健康规范的发展。
Regulating the management and use of the places where law enforcement agencies handle cases by public security organs is not only the objective requirement of the standardization of law enforcement by public security agencies but also the inevitable choice for improving the ability of public security organs to perform their duties and the credibility of law enforcement. At present, some grassroots units still have problems such as the irregular setting of law enforcement and handling places, the imperfection of the police in handling the handling of ideograms in law enforcement cases, and the inability of the hardware facilities in handling areas to meet the requirements of standardized law enforcement. This paper argues that only by effectively solving the problems existing in the management and use of law enforcement cases can we promote the development of health norms in law enforcement.
