近几年来,国家高校和普通高中的不断扩招,给职校招生工作带来很大的冲击,许多职校为了保证求得一定的生源,被迫降低录取分数线,甚至是取消录取分数线,这样就造成职校学生问题多,尤其是后进生不求进取,难以管理。笔者在具体工作中,从了解这些后进生的心理入手,努力争取家长的合作,坚持不懈,最终感动了“上帝”。 In recent years, the continuous enrollment expansion of national universities and ordinary high schools has brought a great impact on enrollment of vocational schools.
