目的比较硫辛酸与甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取2012年4月—2013年9月肇庆市端州区红十字会医院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者120例,随机分为A组与B组,各60例。A组患者予以硫辛酸治疗,B组患者予以甲钴铵治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、正中神经传导速度及不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者总有效率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者正中神经传导速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后A组患者正中神经传导速度快于B组(P<0.05),A组患者治疗前后正中神经传导速度差值大于B组(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果优于甲钴铵,且安全性好。
Objective To compare the effects of lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From April 2012 to September 2013, 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Red Cross Hospital of Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated with lipoic acid, and patients in group B were treated with methylcobalamin. Clinical efficacy, median nerve conduction velocity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in group A was higher than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in median nerve conduction velocity between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) The median nerve conduction velocity was faster in group B than in group B (P <0.05). The difference in median nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment in group A was greater than that in group B (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Lipoic acid is superior to mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and is safe.
