The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group of micro-oxidation of titanium (MAO) treatment, the control group only polished titanium. The morphology of the sample was observed by electron microscope. MG63 cells and titanium were cultured in vitro. The proliferation of osteoblasts was detected by MTT assay and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was measured.
