本文叙述了汤姆逊-CSF公司基于旋转电扫天线而设计的一种新型多功能雷达(ARABEL)。该雷达是用于陆用移动式结构(中程地砖空导弹系统)或海用结构中的多功能雷达。该雷达必须为末端主动制导的导弹提供保障,因此应完成立体监视、精确跟踪和综合的中段制导导弹数据传输。主要设计约束条件和系统要求体现在机动性和性能方面。对ARABEL功能的叙述集中在天线的设计和雷达的管理方面。雷达管理提供了对付难于预料的恶劣环境的灵活性。现在实尺工程模型正在国家试验靶场进行测定,以证实实际环境中ARABEL的基本原理。
This article describes a new type of multipurpose radar (ARABEL) designed by Thomson-CSF based on a rotating electrospray antenna. The radar is a versatile radar used in land-mobile structures (medium-range floor-to-air missile systems) or in marine structures. The radar must provide end-to-end guided missile protection, and therefore should be completed three-dimensional surveillance, accurate tracking and integrated mid-range guided missile data transmission. The main design constraints and system requirements are reflected in mobility and performance. The narrative of ARABEL’s function focuses on antenna design and radar management. Radar management offers the flexibility to deal with unpredictable harsh environments. The real scale engineering model is now being measured at a national test range to confirm the rationale for ARABEL in the real world.
