本文在分析两轴数控系统轮廓误差的基础上,提出了基于神经元的自适应交叉耦合控制器。仿真结果表明,本文提出的轮廓误差控制方法可以有效地提高数控系统的轮廓加工精度。
Based on the analysis of contour error of two-axis NC system, this paper proposes a self-adaptive cross-coupled controller based on neuron. The simulation results show that the contour error control method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the contouring accuracy of CNC system.
