目的对原子吸收法测定乳粉中钙含量测量结果不确定度进行评定,确保检测结果准确可靠。方法按照测量不确定度评定的通用规则,建立了数学模型,并分析了方法中的不确定度分量及其来源,计算了各分量的不确定度,最后计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度。结果钙含量(8806.92±780.30)mg/kg。结论不确定度主要来源于测量重复性、消化回收率、稀释过程三个方面。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of calcium content in milk powder by atomic absorption spectrometry to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection results. Methods According to the general rules for evaluating uncertainty, a mathematical model was established. The uncertainty components and their sources in the method were analyzed. The uncertainty of each component was calculated. Finally, the composite standard uncertainty of the detection results was calculated. Results Calcium content (8806.92 ± 780.30) mg / kg. Conclusion The uncertainty mainly comes from three aspects: measurement repeatability, digestion recovery and dilution process.
