成都来福士广场T1塔楼大悬挂结构采用型钢混凝土组合结构,在施工过程中需搭设临时支撑体系。为保证施工全过程的安全性,利用有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析。采用SZZX-B150B振弦式钢表面应变计对临时支撑胎架和支撑下承梁加固体系进行现场同步监测,通过实时监测值与模拟值的对比分析,确定支撑体系合理的卸载时间和顺序,为卸载的安全性及对施工全过程的动态控制提供可靠的判断依据。
Chengdu Raffles City T1 Tower large suspension structure with steel-concrete composite structure, the construction process to be set up temporary support system. In order to ensure the safety of the whole process of construction, the finite element analysis software is used for numerical simulation analysis. The SZZX-B150B vibrating wire steel surface strain gauge was used to monitor the temporary supporting frame and the supporting bolster reinforcement system on-site synchronously. By comparing the real-time monitoring value with the simulated value, the reasonable unloading time and order of the supporting system were determined as Unloading safety and dynamic control of the whole process of construction to provide a reliable basis for judging.
