用控力磨削的方法进行了试验研究,结果表明,由砂轮磨损或磨削参数变化引起的磨削力增大会使工件表面残余压应力减小,加工表面粗糙度增大。由于导致法向磨削力变化的原因很多,它与残余应力之间没有确定的对应关系。
Controlled grinding is used to study the experimental results. The results show that the increase of grinding force caused by the wear of grinding wheel or the change of grinding parameters will reduce the residual compressive stress on the workpiece surface and increase the roughness of the machined surface. There are many reasons for the change of normal grinding force and there is no definite correspondence between it and residual stress.
