主要从设计的角度阐述了哈大客运专线工程GSM-R系统的工程概况、业务功能。根据该工程的业务功能和有关规范的规定,结合GSM-R系统技术的发展进行了整体方案设计。并针对该工程平原地段、大型车站站房内及弱场地区提出场强覆盖解决方案,对网络覆盖水平和服务质量进行预测,为今后网络实施提供充足的理论依据。

According to the project’s business functions and the relevant provisions of the specification, combined with the development of GSM-R system technology to carry out the overall program design. And for the project plains, large stations in the field and weak field areas to provide field coverage solutions to predict the level of network coverage and quality of service for the future implementation of the network to provide adequate theoretical basis.
