瑞典 O1 发布小型家用废水处理设备指南瑞典环保局发布小型家用废水处理设备指南。“指南”陈述了关于废水处理设备的性能和功能、平均寿命、易于使用和维护等要求。为了确保环境安全提出两种保护标准:正常标准和高标准。就环境保护而言,正常标准规定磷酸盐减少70％,生物化学氧减少90％,而高标准规定了减少氮含量。就健康保护来说,正常标准规定不能存在传染病实质性增加的危险。高标准则要求增补措施。
Sweden O1 Launches Guide to Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment Facilities The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency publishes guidelines for small domestic wastewater treatment equipment. The Guide sets forth the requirements regarding the performance and function, life expectancy, ease of use and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities. In order to ensure environmental safety proposed two kinds of protection standards: normal and high standards. In terms of environmental protection, the normal standard states that phosphate should be reduced by 70% and biochemical oxygen by 90%, while high standards should be required to reduce the nitrogen content. As far as health protection is concerned, the normal standard states that there is no danger of a substantial increase in infectious diseases. High standards require additional measures.
