The role of historical memory in domestic politics and international relations remains an area to be explored. Studies of the theory of historical memory are scattered in a variety of documents spanning different disciplines. In fact, studying how conceptual factors affect cognitive and policy behavior has been a dilemma for political scholars. In order to meet the challenges and make a more systematic and rigorous study of the political functions of historical memory, this paper presents two analytical frameworks that can be used to study the historical memory of a group of collective identity construction and decision-making process Impact and function. These two frameworks can also be used to study the impact of other ideas, ideas and cultural factors on decision-making and action. The article also hopes to contribute to the methodological discussion of how to use the concept factor as a variable to explain political behavior.
