单晶铜是采用先进的定向凝固技术和高效的连续铸造技术相结合而生产出的一种新型铜材料,在当今工业生产中占着举足轻重的位置。单晶连铸炉是一种重要的连铸设备,具有生产效率高、成本低、节省材料和易于实现自动化等特点。如今,传统的连铸设备已经不能满足系统的需求,本文对单晶连铸炉电气控制系统进行设计。为了保证单晶连铸炉高效节能又能安全可靠的运作,可采用可编程控制器PLC来实现对单晶连铸炉电气系统的控制,来保证单晶铜生产的稳定性、连续性、精密性。
