构建出一种新型的网络DEA模型,将两阶段网络DEA模型和Malmquist指数相结合测算了我国26个地区2006—2014年医药制造业创新效率的变化,并在此基础上采用系统矩估计法分析了影响医药制造业创新效率提高的因素。研究表明,我国医药制造业的创新效率总体处于上升趋势且地区间的差异很大,全要素增长率主要源于技术效率的增长,而技术总体上未有进步。市场结构、人力资本水平、对外开放度、研发强度及成长能力对医药制造业创新效率的提高有显著的正向作用;企业规模、经济发展水平对对医药制造业创新效率的提高有显著的负向作用;政府支持对医药制造业创新效率提高的影响无关。
A new type of network DEA model was constructed. By combining the two-phase network DEA model and the Malmquist index, the change of innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 26 regions of China from 2006 to 2014 was calculated. Based on this, the system moment estimation method was used to analyze Factors affecting the efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing innovation. The research shows that the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing in China is generally on the rise and varies greatly among regions. The total factor growth rate is mainly due to the increase of technical efficiency, but the technology as a whole has not been improved. The structure of the market, the level of human capital, the degree of opening to the outside world, the strength of research and development and the growth ability have a significant positive effect on the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The scale of enterprises and the level of economic development have a significant negative impact on the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry To the role of government support for pharmaceutical manufacturing innovation efficiency has nothing to do with the impact.
