目的通过对海南3个广藿香种植基地土壤及其植株根、茎和叶中的矿质营养元素(P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu)的量及其相关性进行分析评价,为广藿香矿质营养诊断和指导合理施肥提供依据。方法采用ICP法测定P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu量,并运用SPSS11.5软件对测定结果进行分析。结果海南广藿香种植基地土壤和植株根、茎、叶中的矿质营养元素的量,因栽培地点的不同而存在差异,Mn、P、K、Ca、Mg量的分布规律表现为叶中最多、茎次之、根最少;Fe和Cu量大小顺序为根>叶>茎;而Zn的分布则呈现出“根>茎>叶”的趋势。土壤、根间K元素的量呈极显著正相关,Zn呈显著负相关;Ca和Fe元素的量在根、茎间呈极显著正相关;P、K、Mg和Cu元素的量在茎、叶间亦呈极显著正相关,而Mn则呈显著正相关。结论广藿香主要通过选择性吸收调控其矿质营养元素的量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the quantities of mineral nutrients (P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) in roots, stems and leaves of three patchouli plants in Hainan Province and their correlations Evaluation, for patchouli mineral nutrition diagnosis and guidance to provide a reasonable fertilization basis. Methods The contents of P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu were determined by ICP method. The results were analyzed by SPSS11.5 software. Results The contents of mineral nutrients in the roots, stems and leaves of the patchouli planting bases in Hainan Province differed due to different cultivation sites. The distribution of Mn, P, K, Ca and Mg contents showed the most , Followed by the stem with the least number of roots. The order of the amount of Fe and Cu was root> leaf> stem, while the distribution of Zn showed the trend of “root> stem> leaf”. There was a significant positive correlation between K content in soil and root, and a negative correlation between Zn and Zn. There was a significant positive correlation between Ca and Fe contents in roots and stems. The contents of P, K, Mg and Cu in stems, Leaf also showed a significant positive correlation, while Mn showed a significant positive correlation. Conclusions Patchouli mainly regulates the amount of mineral nutrients by selective absorption.
