针对王家岭煤矿窄煤柱煤巷顶板非对称大变形异常矿压显现,综合现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟、井下试验及现场实测,分析了顶板非对称变形破坏特征,提出槽钢简式桁架锚索与单体锚索大偏移量非对称支护技术。研究得出:1)窄煤柱煤巷顶板非对称变形破坏特征:煤柱侧顶板煤体变形破坏敏感系数大且可持续性强;2)窄煤柱煤巷巷道中心轴两侧顶板煤体剪应变损伤形式和联结速度具有明显的不对称性;3)顶板控制机理:刚柔并济、重点偏移、点线结合、均衡承载。桁架锚索与单体锚索500 mm偏移布置围岩控制效果良好,顶板变形破坏协调一致。
Aiming at the appearance of asymmetric large deformation abnormal pressure in narrow coal seam gateway in Wangjialing coal mine, the asymmetric deformation and failure characteristics of the roof are analyzed based on field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, downhole test and field measurement. Asymmetric Support Technology for Large Offsets of Anchors and Single Cables. The results are as follows: 1) Asymmetric deformation and failure characteristics of coal roof seam with narrow coal pillar: the sensitivity coefficient of deformation and failure of coal roof is big and sustainable; 2) Shear strain damage form and the connection speed has obvious asymmetry; 3) The roof control mechanism: rigid and flexible, the key offset, point and line combination, balanced bearing. Truss and single cable 500 mm offset arrangement of surrounding rock control effect is good, roof deformation and failure consistent.
