本研究采用OSCE对高职护理专业学生外科护理学实训教学进行考核和评价。目的:研究客观结构化临床考试在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:以我院2013级的2个护理大专班护生作为实验对象,用客观结构化临床考试模式作为其实训考核方法,分析考试结果,探讨OSCE考试作为一种综合评价方法,运用于高职护生外科护理综合能力测评的可行性。结果:客观结构化临床考试总成绩服从正态分布,P=0.35。得分率较高的考站为基础操作技能及危重抢救技能2个考站,得分率较低的考站为护理评估及健康教育站2个考站。本次客观结构化临床考试平均难度为0.79,平均区分度为0.28。结论:客观结构化临床考试模式运用于外科护理学课程教学有较好的有效性和应用价值,能很好培养和锻炼护生的临床综合能力。
This study used OSCE to evaluate and evaluate the practice nursing teaching of nursing students in higher vocational nursing. Objective: To study the application effect of objective structured clinical examination in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: Taking nursing students of two nursing classes in 2013 in our hospital as the experimental subjects, objective structured clinical examination was used as a practical examination method to analyze the test results. The OSCE test was used as a comprehensive evaluation method and applied to high Feasibility of Evaluation of Surgical Nursing Comprehensive Ability of Vocational Nursing Students. Results: The total score of objective structured clinical examination obeyed the normal distribution, P = 0.35. The higher the scoring rate of the test station-based operating skills and critical rescue skills two test stations, the lower the score of the test station nursing assessment and health education station 2 test stations. The objective structured clinical examination average difficulty of 0.79, the average discrimination of 0.28. Conclusion: The application of objective structured clinical examination mode in the teaching of surgical nursing courses has good effectiveness and application value, and can well cultivate and train the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students.
